Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When your account is deleted, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Specifically:

  • Account and profile data: Retained for the duration of your account, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Payment and billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations
  • Usage and analytics data: Retained for up to 24 months in anonymized or aggregated form
  • Support correspondence: Retained for up to 3 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel Analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for their practices.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
